Our company’s another customized full automatic door production line is under commissioning and ready to deliver before end of this month. Before delivery, we welcome door factories to visit and give some comments. This production line is composed of CNC door four side saw, edge banding machine, CNC router, CNC door lock & hinge boring machine etc. plus automatic loader & unloader and a full set of conveyor devices, with functions of barcode scanning, which could automatically set, adjust each machine according to different barcode information of doors (also could choose different commands preset in the machine system) in order to realize automatic sizing, automatic edge banding, automatic carving and automatic hardware hole/slot boring for doors with different size. This production line is an ideal equipment for automatic door production under customized condition.
